They have an opportunity for a senior litigator to head up the department and very open to someone coming in as a Partner.
The role
This is a great opportunity for a senior solicitor with broad litigation experience to head up a small team with the potential to grow and develop a team. Areas covered are:
- Commercial/Contract disputes
- Company shareholder disputes
- Construction disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contentious probate
- Employment
- Insolvency
- Property litigation
What they are looking for
Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE Experience in dealing with a broad caseload of disputes acting for businesses and individuals Strong advocacy skills Excellent client management skills, including the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with clients throughout the litigation process. Proven management experience of junior staff
